Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online by logging into your account, or following the link from your booking confirmation email.

Appointment changes made within 24hrs of the service time are subject to a $50 late change fee.

No Shows

Our team reserves time just for you. No shows are charged the full appointment fee to the card on file.

Sickness + Emergencies

We know life happens. If you’re sick or have an emergency and can’t make your appointment, contact your service provider before 9am of the day of your service.
